How to Get Started

1. Carefully review everything on this page.
2. Direct sunlight is required for solar panels (PV).
3. This category has limited lighting applications. What “type of camera” do you want? What type of lighting conditions exist for the camera to operate properly?
4. At this juncture, consider another power input such as a small wind turbine for placement on the top of the pole to generate power during adverse weather conditions. Where there are clouds, there is wind.

Before purchasing this unit, consult with a licensed bonded contractor in your area regarding foundation and installation. Contractors must follow a 2-week verification process to obtain discount pricing. Start with a letter of introduction to contractor@solarpowergetics.com.

‘Getics Outdoor Lighting, when properly installed and maintained, meets the minimum standards established by most federal, state and local entities. If applicable, check the equipment eligibility list for energy rebates in your state.

A five percent discount off the suggested retail price is shown at the website. Volume discounts are available only for this model: six to 24 units = 10% discount; 25 and more units = 20% discount. Product installation is available for volume purchases, based on location.

Model Description

Commercial grade. The standard model is designed to operate without direct sunlight for five days, or longer, for an average of 13.5 hours, or longer, based on your location per night.

Setup is easy with an all new five-button digital OSD interface. CamPlus2 works great out of the box, but the digital OSD interface offers control of such features as dynamic range, white balance, gain, and iris control.

Privacy masking, digital zoom and horizontal/vertical mirroring.

Traditional camera provides 500 TVL color and black and white mode for low light environment.

A visual inspection and light maintenance of the system is recommended every six months. The battery requires no maintenance.
