Retail & Wholesale Purchases

Products purchased directly from the E-Commerce Store can submit payment with a major credit card or check. It is preferable to use Paypal which protects the buyer and the seller. Solarpowergetics does not accept online payments over $1000 USD for purchases. For purchases over $1000 USD, contact us to receive an invoice for safe and secure ACM Payment Processing through Wells Fargo Bank.

Products purchased in wholesale quantities are issued a Sales Order Quotation by a Sales Account Representative. After payment has been received, an invoice is issued to the buyer. 30-day Exchange Warranty from Solarpowergetics

Unless stated otherwise on the product detail page, products that are purchased directly from the E-Commerce store have a 30-day limited exchange warranty against manufacturers defect from the date of purchase. A postcard, included with every purchase, must be mailed back to activate the exchange warranty.

Contact a Customer Service Representative before returning the product for exchange. Go to the "Customer Service" link to contact us by email, telephone or Skype to obtain an authorization number which is issued by a Customer Service Representative. Any product returned for exchange without an authorization number will not guarantee rapid resolution.

SPG reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the defective product under warranty. Abuse, misuse, modification, neglect and wrong application of product beyond intended application of product voids the exchange warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty and return policy is valid only in the continental United States. Warranty and return policy is subject to change without notice.

Solarpowergetics 2-year System Warranty

Several of our manufacturers have warranties that extend beyond the 2-year System Warranty. Contact us to process the warranty as prescribed by the manufacturer.

Most of our SPG Solar Systems have 10-year warranties. Contact us to process the warranty as prescribed by the manufacturer.
