CLOSED ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

  • Solarpowergetics (SPG) may contact a customer after the purchase to finalize payment, terms and conditions.
    • SPG may contact domestic and international customers after the purchase to finalize cost of shipping.
    • There may be a hold of ten (14) business days for all check and bank drafts.
    • It is preferable to use Paypal which protects the buyer and the seller.
    • For your protection, an email plus telephone number or Skype name must be provided for any reason related to purchases.
  • Contact us before and after the purchase
    • Contact a Customer Sales Representative if you have any questions regarding our products before purchase. Click on the "Customer Service" link to contact us by email, telephone or Skype.
    • If you need to consult with a Customer Sales Representative after purchase, the best way is to send us an email with your telephone number. Include the best time to contact you. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Do not return a product for exchange without an authorization number issued by a Customer Service Representative.
  • Products that can be purchased directly from the E-Commerce Store can submit payment immediately with a major credit card. It is preferable to use Paypal which protects the buyer and seller.
    • Products sold at eBay are shipped forty-eight hours after payment has cleared our bank.
    • Products sold at our E-Commerce store are shipped after payment has cleared our bank and during "time to ship" period specified at product detail page.
  • Products that cannot be purchased directly from the E-Commerce Store must contact us for a sales order quotation. All sales order quotations can only be paid by bank wire transfer or company check.
    • Products paid by invoice are shipped after payment has cleared our bank and after "time to ship" period specified at product detail page.
  • Customers who have tax exempt status or plan to resell must provide proof before purchase. All sales order quotations can only be paid by bank wire transfer or company check.
  • SPG reserves the right to substitute like or better components in its systems and products to maintain or improve performance under the same guarantees.

Licensed Contractor and Certified Solar Installer

Solarpowergetics does not offer site design, installation contracts or maintenance agreements. However, we offer a list of licensed contractors and certified solar installers. Obtain three bids. Select the one with the most training and experience relevant to the job. Get referrals and conduct a background check.

Licensed contractors and certified solar installers are encouraged to contact us for referrals, discounts and special promotions.

Approval is required in advance to get on our list of licensed contractors and certified solar installers. Review our websites, "About Us," "Customer Service," and "FAQ" for additional information before contacting us.

30-day Exchange Warranty from Solarpowergetics

Keep your invoice plus product detail page in a safe place for rapid resolution.

Unless specified otherwise on the product detail page, products that are purchased directly from the E-Commerce store carry a 30-day limited exchange warranty against manufacturers' defect from the date of purchase. Abuse, misuse, modification, neglect and wrong application of product beyond recommended application of product voids the warranty.

Save your box in case the product needs to be exchanged. Contact a Customer Service Representative before returning the product for exchange. Go to the "Customer Service" link to contact us by email, telephone or Skype to obtain an authorization number which is issued by a Customer Service Representative. Any product returned for exchange without an authorization number will not guarantee rapid resolution.

SPG reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the defective product under warranty. Warranty and return policy valid only in the continental United States. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty and return policy is subject to change without notice.

Specific warranties less than two years are not covered by 2-year parts plus mail or carry-in warranty.

Several of our manufacturers have warranties that go beyond the 2-year systems warranty. If applicable, and under certain conditions as prescribed by the manufacturer, SPG will assist the customer in processing the warranty.
